Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting the company’s growth. Fresh graduates with excellent communication and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and other lead generation channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client hiring needs and present suitable recruitment and staffing solutions.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls and virtual meetings with potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM systems.
- Manage professional email communication through Microsoft Outlook.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Confident speaking with clients over phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of CRM software and lead management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, marketing, customer service, recruitment, BPO, or account management is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience working with international clients or B2B sales is a plus.
- Knowledge of staffing and recruitment services is preferred but not required.
