Subhojit Adhikary is the Founder & CEO of Abridge Global LLC and Abridge Consulting Private Limited, with extensive experience in the US staffing and talent acquisition industry. Over the years, he has successfully worked across the full recruitment lifecycle, helping organizations identify, attract, and retain top talent across diverse industries.
Holding both a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Human Resources and Marketing and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Subhojit combines strong business acumen with practical expertise in recruitment, workforce planning, and client relationship management. His professional journey includes experience in US staffing, executive search, talent acquisition, and recruitment process management, serving clients with a focus on quality, speed, and long-term partnerships. Alongside his industry experience, he has strengthened his knowledge through professional certifications from globally recognized institutions, including the University of Colorado Boulder, University of California, Irvine, University of Michigan, KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology), and HubSpot Academy, covering areas such as Data Analytics, Project Management, Budgeting & Scheduling, Supply Chain Management, Leadership, and Sales.
Subhojit has also conducted academic research on employee motivation in the workplace, reflecting his commitment to understanding organizational behavior and building high-performing teams.
